Serious Problem with Neiman's.. They cancelled my 1/27/order for this promotion. Don't buy from them. I selected my merchandise and the free gift was automatically put in shopping bag. Problem was my lipstick was backordered. I called the 1800 number to ask if it would cause a problem and the agent recommended selecting a different color which I did with her help. When she read the order back she didn't mention the free gift, so I asked her to make sure it was there. She did. I received the confirmation later that showed 2 free gifts. Thinking nothing of it and knowing only one was allowed. I expected to get one. After two weeks+, I called to check on the order and found it had been completely cancelled due to ordering more than one gift. Of course now the promotion is over. NO free gift, NO notice of a problem, no email communication, No CONCERN for their Customer. Simply Rude Behavior with no recourse.

I agree. They keep on offering the same lipstick shades all the time. This applies to a lot of the Estee Lauder and Clinique GWP's also. This is why I am going to pass on this one. What attracts me to a GWP is the opportunity to try new colors and skin care products. I would have loved to try some lipsticks from their two new lipstick ranges. When I like a product, I then start buying it myself.

Well, Im a little late on this one but it is almost impossible to get the deal online. They have run out of the additional cleanser sets and you cant add what you want to the bad. I contacted custoemr service but no one has returned my call and we are on day 2. Im a bit dissapointed in MAcy's site I must say.

The Belk at our mall is having a Clinique gift with purchase but it is different. You get to choose 5 out of 10 items and you also get a repairwear laser foces. It comes in a white canvas tote bag with pink handles. I love it when you get to choose the items because you can choose all things that you know you will like.

I was on the Estee Lauder site this morning and it seems that now the eyeshadow/lipstick is only available in the cool color palette. Also, the only skin care set that is still available is the lifting/firming option.
